At Kayashree Ayurveda, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
- Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order any time before the generation of the tracking ID. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details at query@kayashree.co or call us at +91 9625358759
Post Shipment Cancellation: Once the tracking ID has been generated and the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
- Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable for unused and unopened products. The product must be in its original packaging, along with the invoice and any accessories or free gifts received.
Non-Refundable Items: Liquid products, including oils, syrups, and other consumable liquids, are nonrefundable and nonreturnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product in its original condition.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product at a time convenient for you.
- Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 710 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase. In case of COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or provide store credit, as per your preference.
- Conditions for Refund
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Any returned item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
Liquid products, due to safety and hygiene reasons, are strictly nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
- Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired product.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
