Kayashree Ayurveda offers shipping services exclusively within India. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 24 business Hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India, and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 1500 qualify for free shipping within India.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Delivery times vary based on the location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, text or WhatsApp message.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner's website.

  1. Address Changes
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Any changes to the address must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We cannot guarantee modifications to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order could already be in the shipping process.
